June 2020 Summer-y of learning

Throughout this class I have enjoyed being able to create multiple designs and documents. My favorite design item that I have used so far is Canva, which is completely free to use. I really liked the freedom in placement, contrast, colors, fonts and anything else. You name it and Canva probably has it. This brings me along to my summary of learning for my PR Pubs class this summer. 2020, what a crazy year it has been. I think the number of things I have learned is beyond JUST this class… but for now we will stick to a summary of learning for my June, summer class of 2020, public relations publications.

I have decided to design a graphic on Canva which will include my learning points and the best parts of this semester. My plan of attack for this project will be using the online website Canva and creating an graphic that includes photos of the things I have learned. I am planning on taking photos of myself creating the things that I learned. I will picture me learning time management, learning the Adobe products, learning the way to write blog posts, the way to edit/correct my writing as well as commenting on others posts critically. I will need myself, my phone and my computer. I think also maybe including a clock for time management will be useful too! I will complete the project by taking photos of myself truly doing what I learned. Then, I will arrange them on an graphic on Canva and make it look really cool! I think having myself in the graphic will bring it to life and be realistic! I am going to show LITERALLY what I learned!

I am wanting to take this project through not only the physical things I learned this semester, but also the mental things I learned and went through. I think this point will make me stand out and differ from others, which is something I really want to be known for in my professional career as well.

Other than taking summer school... this is what I have been up to this summer!!
